Founder of the foundation
Founder of PMC, organized many high-altitude expeditions and humanitarian projects, passionate traveler, mountaineer, and owner of an event agency. He translates his fifteen years of professional experience into the dynamic operation of the foundation.

Beata Dutkiewicz
Vice President of the foundation
PMC specialist in handling logistics and organizational matters. Privately, she co-organizes the large-scale project called the Andrzej Zawada Mountain Festival every year.

Anderson Soulouque
International Coordinator
Foundation representative in Haiti and international affairs. Responsible for the safety of our medics and logistics and organization of the "Children of Haiti" project. Born in Port Au Prince, now living in Germany.

Olena Tsarenko
Press Spokesperson
Responsible for public relations at PMC. She is a journalist for the Ukrainian television channel Public TV. As a spokesperson expert, she helps people with disabilities defend their rights during the war. She represents PMC's humanitarian efforts to support Ukraine.

Michał Matraj
Medical Mission Coordinator / Paramedic
A paramedic with 20 years of experience in rescue services. A specialist in combat medicine and disaster medicine. A participant in many peacekeeping missions, providing aid in the most challenging conditions. A passionate rescuer, always ready to help where it is most needed.

Marcin Feldmann „Felek”
Paramedic
A professional with extensive experience in medical rescue, involved in providing medical assistance in challenging conditions, especially in crisis-affected regions.

Paweł Sokołowski
Project Coordinator
He coordinates activities and participates in PMC projects, actively contributing to shaping new goals for the Foundation. Privately, he is the CEO of the mountain expedition agency 4challenge and a member of the Lower Silesian Capital Club. A passionate traveler, adventure seeker, and enthusiast of all sports and outdoor activities. A perfectionist and philanthropist committed to continuous growth while never forgetting about others—he has been engaged in charitable work in Africa for many years. He has supported Bwindi Hospital in Uganda and co-organized the construction of the Amrita Center in Kenya as part of the “Kili for Kids” initiative.

Graphic designer/photographer – supports the foundation in creating and developing visual communication. Creator of PMC's visual identity.

Filip Gomułkiewicz
Photographer
Outdoor photographer specializing in dynamic and sports photography. Enthusiast of off-roading, camping, and good coffee. Supports PMC in photo-video work and general marketing.

Piotr Hruszowiec
Wolontariusz
At PMC, Piotr now volunteers his time and entrepreneurial experience to help secure funding from both corporate partners and individual donors, supporting the implementation of key humanitarian projects. He is deeply committed to the Foundation’s growth, driven by the belief that in the 21st century, everyone should take an active role in shaping a better future — for today’s children and for generations to come. His involvement is not only a mission, but also a reflection of his belief in the power of collective action to create meaningful change.

Graduate of SUM in Katowice. Employee at the Department of Pediatrics and Endocrinology at the Children's Health Centre in Katowice. Author of numerous publications and participant in scientific conferences on pediatrics, endocrinology, and pediatric diabetology.

Artur Gabrysiak
Laboratory Diagnostician
Our specialist in laboratory medicine. Professionally a laboratory manager with the title of European Specialist in Laboratory Medicine. Recently focused on COVID-19 diagnostics. A rescue worker for GOPR since 2001.

Monika Piątczak
Nurse, Paramedic
Currently working at SCCs Zabrze, since March 2020 as coordinator for the COVID-19 zone. Specialist in organization, equipment, writing and implementing procedures, training personnel, and supervision. She has completed numerous humanitarian projects in Africa, Asia, and Central America. Also associated with PCPM.

Anie Pierre Joseph
Nurse
Nurse with studies from CPI Centre Paramedical International. In addition to her medical knowledge, Anie also supports us as a Creole translator for the "Children of Haiti" project. She runs a small orphanage with her husband, where they have adopted fourteen children together.

Hussein Al-Zalabieh
Foundation Coordinator in Jordan
Foundation representative in Jordan. Responsible for logistics and organization of the "Children of the Desert" project. Born and living in the Wadi Rum desert area.

Since 2008, a paramedic working with the Provincial Ambulance Service in Katowice in medical rescue teams and the Upper Silesian Children's Health Centre in Katowice.
